1. I don't live in Michigan. Can I still work with you?
Due to licensing guidelines, I am only able to provide care to individuals that reside in Michigan.
2. Do you accept Out of Network insurance?
Check with your insurance to see if they cover an out of network provider. I am able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
3. Do you provide a sliding fee scale?
At this time, I am not able to offer sliding scale as an option.
